All Bundled Up!

This morning it was around 50 degrees in Atlanta. That is probably the coolest it has been since Natalie was born, so I had to get her all bundled up for our morning walk. She looked so cute all snuggled in her stroller, so I had to snap a photo to share.

Ekiden Relay

Allen ran in Atlanta Track Club's 2009 Ekiden Relay this morning in Piedmont Park and Natalie and I tagged along to watch. This was Allen's fourth time running in the Ekiden and his third year on a team for Get Fit Atlanta. It was a beautiful morning for running and we all enjoyed the cool breeze and sunshine.

Natalie helped Daddy accept his award.

Enjoying the beautiful morning at the park.

Natalie's Baptism

Natalie was baptized at Trinity Lutheran Church on Sunday, August 30th. She wore a beautiful christening set that Aunt Karen crocheted for her. We were blessed to have many family members from both sides in attendance, including four of Natalie's great-grandparents! After the service, we celebrated back at Granny and Pepah's house with some barbecue and margaritas. Yum!!

Visit with Great-Mema and Great-Granddaddy

Today Natalie and I met up with my mom and Mema and Granddaddy to celebrate Mema's 83rd birthday. We had a nice lunch at Dreamland Barb-B-Que and then visited for a while at Chambrel. Natalie took a nice nap during lunch and then treated everyone with smiles and coos back at Mema and Granddaddy's place. Happy Birthday Mema!

It was the dog.

Yesterday Natalie was sporting her "It was the dog" onesie that Uncle Eric and Aunt Cathy bought her for Christmas last year. So it just seemed appropriate to stage a few photos with one of Baxter's gutted (un)stuffed animals. This picture turned out particularly well because of the way she appears to be leering at Baxter. Although it seems amusing now, I suppose it won't be too long before she really will be blaming things on the dog! Thanks to Aunt Rachel for pointing out Natalie's awesome baby muffin top.

Really, it was the dog. I swear!

Get out your autograph books....

...because Natalie is on YouTube! Allen and I purchased a new camcorder and I've been playing around with it a little bit. Enjoy these clips!

Natalie is 10 Weeks Old!

It's hard to believe, but little Natalie will be 10 weeks old tomorrow! She's smiling, cooing, staring at ceiling fans, and doing all the other cute things that little babies do.

I ♥ bath time!

Multitasking at its best: Here is Allen sleeping, holding Natalie, and icing his knees after a 19-mile run.

All smiles in the bouncy seat. Check out that Buddha belly!

Sitting in the Bumbo and waving bye bye until next time!
